Ecomatic line
Machines of the Ecomatic line are designed for professional and effective manufacture of slotted containers (for example, corrugated cardboard regular slotted containers or trays) with the option of additional die cut (for hand holes or cutting out cross boxes). The machines can also make partitions or just cut and crease a board both crosswise and lengthwise.
Box dimensions are entered to the control unit via intuitive touch screen. According to the entered parameters, the machine automatically die cuts, slots, creases and cuts off in the longitudinal direction. The transversal positions of the die cut knives, slotting and creasing knives, creasing and cutting wheels and glue flap knives are set easily by hand. The machine can calculate these positions and display them. Thus the machine is easy and quick to set up and is best suited for short runs in the range of 10 – 5000 boxes.
